This fictional story concerns a small apartment building in the middle of Philadelphia and the intertwined lives of its tenants and landlord.  As we are drawn into the fascinating narrative, we begin to understand what matters in their lives, and the problems they face. Tragically, two of the tenants eventually commit suicide and this book details what led up to these suicides and their aftermath.
