dpdotcom Author Agreement.

Please read and agree the following author’s Agreement between you (the author) and dpdotcom.

Submitting your work for epublication.

Submiting your manuscript with dpdotcom is FREE of charge.

Submission will be via email attachment.

The decision to accept or reject the work rests with the dpdotcom editors, whose decision will be final.

dpdotcom pricing & royalties.

The dpdotcom pricing policy is simple and totally transparent.

The author will earn 50% royalties on every copy of the work sold.

The author will receive an email notification of each sale completed.

Every ebook on the dpdotcom website will be priced at $5.00

Author royalties will be paid quarterly, at the end of March, the end of June, the end of September and the end of December. As we are a digital publishing company, we pay using digital means, and expect our authors to have a PayPal account.

Your work and your rights.

The work submitted to dpdotcom must be the work of the author.

The author must be the sole owner of copyright to all the contents of the work.

At all times, authors will retain ownership of copyright and all other marketing and printing rights to their works.

Authors may contribute their own cover design, or engage the services of dpdotcom to design a cover for the work.

Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time, with no penalty, by giving 30 day’s notice in writing via email.

Upon termination of the Agreement by either parties, the work will be removed from the dpdotcom website and all digital files permanently erased from the servers.

This agreement is non-exclusive (the author may enter into other publishing agreements or place your work on any other website)

dpdotcom services offered.

The author’s work submitted will be converted to Adobe pdf format.

If required by the author, the work will be securely protected against unauthorised copying and printing.

The work will be published digitally as a pdf ebook, available for sale all over the world, 24 hours a day, as an instant download.

The work will be featured on its own web page on the dpdotcom website, with biographical details, blurb and description of the work that can be modified and updated at any time by the author.

Dpdotcom offers a free plain cover for the work.

Dpdotcom will prepare and place on the website a free downloadable extract to tempt your reader to buy the full work.

The work will have a "Buy Now" button that takes your customer directly to the checkout.

Sales of the work will be handled by www.esellerate.net from a dedicated dpdotcom web store or direct from dpdotcom  via a PayPal “Buy Now” button.

Please agree the Author's Agreement by filling in your name, email address and the date (dd/mm/yyyy) and clicking on the "Agree" button below. Doing so, will send an email to dpdotcom indicating your acceptance of the terms outlined above.
